Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Saturday delivery. All delivery estimates are determined by business days and can require up to 48 business hours of processing time.

Although we aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days, your order may be late for the following reasons:

Your order was placed during a sale or promotion. Your order was placed during the holiday season. Items in your order are shipping from multiple locations. There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Online Customer Service team at 1-877-969-1952 or email onlinesupport@travismathew.com and provide the following:

Your order number Photos of the item and its damaged features

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping option for your order to an expedited option after it has been placed due to your card already being authorized for a certain dollar amount. Once you receive the product, you can process a return online within 30 days by going to the returns page here.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

After placing your online order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time, before your order is shipped from our warehouse. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the expected delivery date, along with the corresponding UPS tracking number.

Your order number The name of the item you didn't receive (which can be found in your confirmation email or on the receipt inside your package) Photo of the incorrect item

We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, have expanded our website to service Canada at www.travismathew.ca. Larger orders may require a signature upon delivery. Additionally, a signature may also be required if a previous order was stolen from your shipping address.

Once an order leaves our facility, it can take up to 24 hours for an estimated delivery date to be generated. If you continue to see issues with your tracking number, please contact our Onlie Customer Service team via email at onlinesupport@travismathew.com or by calling 1-877-969-1952.

Standard ground shipping is a flat $14.99 fee.

To track your order, please visit the Order Status page and enter your order number and email address.

Alternatively, if you are a TM Rewards Member, you can simply log in to your account and visit ORDERS in your ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. Here, you will be able to find your order and click ORDER DETAILS to view the status of your order.

Additionally, you will receive email updates when your order ships, when it is on it's way, and when it is delivered.

If your UPS tracking information states, 'Delivered', but you have yet to receive it, please contact our Online Customer Service team at 1-877-969-1952 or email onlinesupport@travismathew.com as we may have to request a proof of delivery.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days* of being placed.

However, if you have joined the TravisMathew Rewards Program (link to Program Page), orders that are placed by 2:00 PM CT Monday-Friday will ship the same day.

*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

TravisMathew offers same-day delivery in select areas. To be eligible:

  • Delivery address must be within 10 miles of a TravisMathew store.
  • Order placed before 1pm Monday-Saturday and 11am on Sunday.
  • Order must be under 50 lbs.
  • Currently, TravisMathew only offers same-day delivery from our Fashion Island location in Newport Beach, CA. More locations will be following soon.

When all of these requirements are met, you will see an option for same-day delivery in the shipping page. TravisMathew uses Doordash for pick-up and delivery.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are working hard to deliver items in a timely manner. Due to overwhelming support of customers like you, order volume has been much higher than expected. We are experiencing delays in shipping of 1 to 2 weeks in some cases. Thank you for your patience. Orders placed on our website may take up to 5-10 business days to process before leaving our warehouse. Once shipped, orders can take between 2-7 days to be delivered depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Occasionally, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your delivery. Please see www.ups.com for the most up to date status of your package, and for alerts regarding service impacts related to Coronavirus.

In-stock orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received.

To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address.
